Smile(y). .. it confuses ppl 27/10

This is a little off topic, but I nevr realized how much I type in a dialogue style. For e.g. in MSN, Im always laughing, or exclaiming, or changing the pace with .. . . and also, within every 5 lines I NEED to add a emoticon. as Tom2k would say. . .IT JUST IS.

It seems so normal to write like this, and when im writing academically, I must just seem to switch off that part of my brain. F-A-S-C-I-N-A-T-I-N-G...
